In the rapidly expanding city of West Des Moines, Iowa, you can find 4090 Westown Parkway. This office space has been owned and operated by dentist, lawyers, marketing teams, and accountants since 1988. In the spring of 2022, the building sustained severe hail damage resulting in a roof inspection. Luckily, 4090 Westown Parkway was granted complete coverage by insurance and soon begin looking for a trusted roofing contractor to complete the job. Noah, one of our commercial roofing consultants, completed an inspection of his own, met with the chairman of the property, and soon was able to provide materials and meet timeline other roofing contractors couldn’t. With this, Hopkins Roofing was able to install the TPO roof and complete the project within the desired timeframe.
