Lincoln Savings Bank Project Highlight
Updated: Nov 5, 2020
PROJECT NAME: Lincoln Savings Bank
PROJECT LOCATION: Des Moines, Iowa
COMPLETION DATE: 2019
ROOF SYSTEM TYPES: EPDM membrane
VENDORS: Firestone and Carlisle

OUR WORK:
On the flat roof (pictured above) portion of this project, we mechanically fastened two layers of 2.6-inch polyisocyanurate (polyiso). A fully adhered 60 mil black EPDM membrane was applied on top and to all wall flashings.
The terrace roof (pictured below) also had two layers of 2.6-inch polyiso mechanically fastened with 1/2 inch tapered crickets. We then mechanically fastened a 1/2 inch Densdeck over the polyiso insulation and added a 60 mil black EPDM on top and to all wall flashings.

Later on, we installed Firestone's Delta CFP 16B, 22 gauge (ga), vertical siding on approximately 2,900 square feet. On approximately 1,300 square feet, we also installed horizontal siding consisting of Firestone's Delta CFP 16F, 22ga.

In addition, all of the custom 24ga steel coping cap/drip edge, 24ga steel downspouts, and collector heads were fabricated in the Hopkins Roofing sheet metal shop and installed by the crew.
